Leadership Skills for Every Role: Communication, Teamwork and Change

About this course

This Erasmus+ course is for everyone, whatever your role or position: school leaders, coordinators, administrative and support staff, and professionals from any sector who want to have a more positive influence on their team and organisation. Leadership is not only about job titles. It shows in how you communicate, how you work with others and how you respond to change. You will develop practical leadership skills you can use from day one: communicating clearly, listening actively, giving and receiving feedback, building trust and collaboration in teams, managing conflict, solving problems together and supporting others through change. You will also discover your own leadership style and learn how to use your strengths, whether you lead a team or a project, or simply manage your own work. Sessions are interactive and down to earth, with real workplace scenarios, group activities, self-reflection and simple tools you can take straight back to work. The course also gives you the chance to share experiences and good practice with colleagues from across Europe and to build new contacts for future Erasmus+ projects. No previous leadership experience is needed. You will leave with a personal leadership profile, a toolkit of communication and teamwork techniques, and an action plan to bring positive change to your team and organisation.
