This mobility programme promotes intercultural dialogue, mutual understanding, and the appreciation of European cultural heritage through non-formal learning and the exchange of experiences. Participants will explore different traditions, customs, and cultural expressions while sharing good practices and strengthening connections between generations, cultures, and communities. The programme encourages active participation, social inclusion, and European cooperation.

The programme is based on non-formal education, experiential learning, and peer learning. Through interactive workshops, organisation visits, cultural activities, group discussions, collaborative tasks, and reflection sessions, participants actively exchange experiences and learn from one another. The methodology fosters intercultural dialogue, teamwork, active participation, and learning by doing in an international environment.
