The Idevelop Registration Form should be submitted directly online (at https://www.idevelopcourses.com/) or by email to your contact at Idevelop at info@idevelopcourses.com
The programme is confirmed once a minimum of 5 participants (5 pax) are registered; however, official confirmation is only valid upon receiving the formal statement from idevelop Training SL.
Idevelop Training SL reserves the right to cancel the programme up to 30 days before the programme start date in case of the participants registered for the programme are fewer than 5 people.
We recommend that you do not book flights or accommodation until Idevelop Training SL. has confirmed the programme will take place in the proposed dates.
Idevelop Training SL will issue the invoice 45 days before the start date of the programme
Payments must be done by bank transfer or cash upon on arrival.
Payment by bank transfer:
All programme fees need to be paid in full by bank transfer at least 30 days prior to the participant commencing the programme.
Payments should be made in Euro (€) or another currency which will be converted to Euro € at the rate of exchange on the date received.
All bank charges for payment by Bank Transfer are to be paid by the client.
Please, indicate either invoice number or your name and surname in the subject of your bank transfer.
It is recommended to email (at info@idevelopcourses.com) a copy of the bank confirmation or proof of payment.
Payment in cash upon on arrival:
Idevelop Training SL only accepts payment in cash for amounts up to 1.000€ for participant.
Payment in cash must be approved by Idevelop team at least 30 days prior to the participant commencing the programme.
Payment in cash are only available in our venues of Seville and Malaga.
PROGRAMME CHANGES
Idevelop Training SL reserves the right to modify the programme published on the website depending on the level of participants or slight modifications introduced by the trainer specialist.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Idevelop Training SL can arrange extra services for participants such us: accommodation, airport transfer, local transport and/or cultural visits.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Programme fees:
If the participant cancels the programme more than 30 days before the programme commences, all fees will be refunded.
If the participant cancels the programme between 30 and 7 days before the programme starts, they will be refunded in a form of a voucher to be used for the future programmes delivered within 12 months.
The programme is non-refundable If the participant cancels 7 days before the programme start date.
Extra services (accommodation, transportation and/or cultural visits):
The cancellation policy applied depends on the service provider. Please, consult with Idevelop Training SL. before you confirm your reservation.
ATTENDANCE AND CERTIFICATION POLICY
To receive a Certificate of Attendance or Europass Mobility Certificate, participants must achieve 100% in-person attendance.As we operate under official Erasmus+ and European Commission regulations, full participation is mandatory to justify EU funding and validate learning outcomes. Attendance is monitored daily.Justification of Absences:Any absence must be strictly justified in accordance with European Commission standards. Exceptions are only granted for force majeure (e.g., illness or travel emergency) and must be supported by official documentation, such as a medical certificate.Failure to meet this 100% requirement without valid justification will result in the withholding of certificates and may impact Erasmus+ grant eligibility.
The Participant may not request or change the confirmed and registered programme during the week of attendance. Once the programme has started, no programme changes or transfers will be permitted.
