This mobility programme provides adult learners with the opportunity to exchange experiences, strengthen their digital competences, and explore innovative digital tools through non-formal learning and intercultural dialogue. By participating in workshops, study visits, and collaborative activities, participants will share good practices, enhance their confidence in using digital technologies, and discover new approaches that can be transferred to their organisations and local communities.

The programme is based on non-formal education, peer learning, and experiential learning. Participants engage in interactive workshops, group discussions, organisation visits, practical activities, and reflection sessions, encouraging the exchange of experiences and good practices in an international environment. The methodology promotes active participation, intercultural dialogue, collaboration, and learning by doing.
