Basic english for work and international communication

About this course

This basic English course for work and international communication is for anyone who needs to use English with more confidence at work, including teachers, trainers, administrative and support staff, and professionals from any sector. It is a beginner course, so you do not need any previous fluency. The course is designed for people who understand some English but hesitate to speak, write an email or join an international meeting. The focus is on the English you actually use: introducing yourself and your organisation, handling phone calls and emails, taking part in meetings and building working relationships with international contacts.

Over five days, you will practise in a supportive, low-pressure environment through role-plays, real workplace simulations, pronunciation work and communicative games. Each session also looks at intercultural communication: how tone, politeness and small talk work in international settings, so you sound clear and natural rather than just correct.

You will leave with a personal workplace phrasebook, ready-to-use email and meeting templates, and a self-study plan to keep improving English once you are back home.
