This mobility programme promotes the exchange of culinary knowledge and cultural traditions through non-formal learning, practical activities, and intercultural dialogue. Participants will explore different gastronomic traditions, develop culinary skills, and exchange good practices while strengthening their appreciation of cultural heritage, teamwork, and European cooperation.
Participants will develop:
Knowledge and appreciation of European culinary traditions, gastronomy, and cultural heritage.
Practical culinary skills, including food preparation techniques and presentation.
An understanding of the role of gastronomy in preserving cultural identity and promoting intercultural dialogue.
Intercultural communication, collaboration, and teamwork in an international learning environment.
Creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills through practical culinary activities.
Greater confidence in sharing knowledge, experiences, and good practices with peers from different cultural backgrounds.

The programme is based on non-formal education and experiential learning, combining interactive workshops, practical cooking activities, organisation visits, peer learning, group discussions, intercultural exchange, and reflection sessions. Participants actively engage in collaborative learning while sharing experiences and developing practical competences in gastronomy and cultural heritage.
