Coaching focuses on personal development, helping us recognise our limitations and barriers while strengthening our confidence and enriching different areas of our lives. In education, teachers face many unexpected situations and challenges when working with students.
This course introduces practical coaching methods and tools that develop flexibility, confidence, and effective ways of responding to challenging situations. Participants will explore how coaching can support students in taking responsibility, developing independent thinking, and looking at situations from different perspectives.
The course brings together key areas related to coaching, including communication, feedback, active listening, and personal development, providing teachers with practical tools that can be applied directly in their work with students.

The course uses a practical and interactive approach, combining short theoretical inputs with individual reflection, group discussions, practical exercises, role-play, case studies, and coaching activities. Participants will have opportunities to practise coaching tools and relate them to real-life situations from their teaching practice.
