It also helps them build confidence, responsibility, communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset that can be valuable in both their future careers and everyday lives.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

Innovative Leadership

  • Apply Lean Startup principles to develop, test, validate, and refine new initiatives.

Team Building & Collaboration

  • Build and coordinate diverse, motivated, and high-performing teams.

Practical Application

  • Design and implement a real-world entrepreneurial project addressing a challenge or opportunity within the school or community.
  • Develop a clear project plan covering objectives, activities, timelines, responsibilities, resources, and expected outcomes.
  • Establish appropriate evaluation criteria and success indicators to measure the project's impact.

The course combines theoretical input with practical, interactive learning, allowing participants to explore entrepreneurial approaches and apply them to real-world challenges in education.

  • Interactive workshops focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, and educational development.
  • Case studies and simulations based on real-life school and community challenges.
  • Hands-on activities using Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile Project Management methodologies.
  • Collaborative exercises that encourage creative thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.
  • Opportunities to reflect on existing practices and develop new, practical solutions for the school environment.

Practical Component

Participants will work in teams to identify a specific challenge within their school or educational community and develop an innovative project to address it. They will move through the key stages of the process — from identifying the problem and generating ideas to developing, testing, and refining a proposed solution.

The practical project will enable participants to put the course methods into practice, collaborate effectively, and create a solution with potential for real-world implementation.

  • By the end of the course, participants will:

    • Connect with a network of innovative educators and school leaders from different regions.
    • Gain practical strategies to inspire and guide students and staff towards entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation.
