This mobility programme promotes inclusion, diversity, and equal opportunities through non-formal learning and intercultural exchange. Adult learners will explore social inclusion challenges, share personal experiences, and learn about good practices that support equal participation in education, work, and community life. The programme encourages empathy, active citizenship, and cooperation across different cultural and social backgrounds.

The programme is based on non-formal education, peer learning, and experiential learning. Participants engage in interactive workshops, group discussions, organisation visits, collaborative activities, storytelling, and reflection sessions. The methodology promotes active participation, intercultural dialogue, mutual respect, and learning by doing in a safe and inclusive environment where all voices are valued.
