Description
This dynamic 5-day course empowers educators and school staff to transform challenges into innovative solutions using Design Thinking, a human-centered and creative approach widely used in education and beyond.
Participants will explore real needs within their schools and learn how to:
- Understand learners deeply
- Redefine educational challenges
- Generate innovative ideas
- Build practical solutions
- Test and improve them in real contexts
Through a highly interactive, learning-by-doing approach, participants will work on a real project tailored to their school and leave with a ready-to-implement innovation plan.

The course follows a highly practical, participant-centered approach, based on the principles of Design Thinking and non-formal education:
