This advanced training program is designed for school educators, administrators, coordinators, and support staff who already have a baseline understanding of AI and are ready to transition from using isolated tools to designing sophisticated, integrated workflows. The primary focus of the course is to combine multiple AI platforms into coherent pedagogical and operational strategies that dramatically enhance productivity, institutional personalization, and school-wide innovation.
Throughout the course, participants will explore the deeper capabilities of platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and NotebookLM. They will learn how to orchestrate these systems with other specialized AI tools to automate complex workflows, analyze data, generate custom communications, and build tailored interactive solutions. The curriculum is highly active, encouraging all participants to independently explore emerging technologies, experiment with new releases, and present their findings to peers. Special emphasis is placed on practical integration—showing how AI can support active learning methodologies and differentiated instruction for teachers, while simultaneously streamlining communication, reporting, and routine administrative tasks for school staff. Ultimately, participants will construct their own advanced, AI-supported project tailored to their specific professional role, while critically evaluating the ethical dimensions, data privacy issues, and future landscape of AI in education.
