The course Digital Wellbeing in Education is designed to support educators in understanding and managing the impact of digital technologies on teaching, learning, and personal wellbeing.
In today’s increasingly digital classrooms, teachers face the challenge of balancing the benefits of technology with potential risks such as screen overuse, reduced attention, cyberbullying, and digital fatigue. This course provides practical strategies to promote a healthy, safe, and balanced use of digital tools in educational settings.
Throughout the five days, participants will explore key concepts of digital wellbeing, analyse their own digital habits, and learn how to foster responsible and mindful technology use among students. The course combines theoretical input with hands-on activities, collaborative discussions, and real-life case studies.
By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to design learning environments that enhance student engagement while protecting mental health, encouraging digital responsibility, and supporting a sustainable approach to technology use in education.
