Description
This course is designed to support educators, trainers, and professionals working in adult education in exploring and applying innovative teaching methods adapted to adult learners. It focuses on modern, learner-centred approaches that enhance motivation, participation, and practical skill development.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how adults learn, while discovering effective strategies such as active learning, collaborative approaches, digital tools, and creative techniques. The course combines theoretical input with practical application, allowing participants to design and test activities that can be directly implemented in their professional context.
Special emphasis is placed on adapting methodologies to diverse learner profiles, promoting inclusion, and fostering critical thinking and autonomy. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with a toolkit of innovative practices to improve the quality and impact of their teaching.
- Understanding of adult learning principles (andragogy) and learner needs

- Digital competence in using tools like Canva, Padlet and Mentimeter for education

The course follows a highly practical and participatory methodology, combining short theoretical inputs with hands-on activities and collaborative work.
