This course is designed to support educators, trainers, and professionals working in adult education in exploring and applying innovative teaching methods adapted to adult learners. It focuses on modern, learner-centred approaches that enhance motivation, participation, and practical skill development.
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how adults learn, while discovering effective strategies such as active learning, collaborative approaches, digital tools, and creative techniques. The course combines theoretical input with practical application, allowing participants to design and test activities that can be directly implemented in their professional context.
