Inner Wisdom is a practical and reflective course designed to help educators develop greater self-awareness, emotional balance and flexibility when responding to the complexity of education.
The course brings together ideas and practices from NeuroEducation, Neurolinguistic Programming, Gestalt, Systemic Pedagogy, Yoga and Meditation, as well as the use of silence and nature. Participants will explore how thoughts, emotions, relationships and the learning environment influence teaching and learning.
Through practical exercises, reflection and mindful activities, educators will discover resources for managing challenging situations, responding rather than reacting, and creating a more relaxed, creative and positive emotional atmosphere in the classroom.
The course aims to strengthen educators’ ability to find effective responses to educational challenges while supporting the holistic development, well-being and learning of students.
