STEAM Kindergarten is a practical and creative training course designed to introduce educators to Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics in early childhood education.
The course focuses on learning through play, exploration, creativity and problem-solving, helping teachers transform everyday classroom experiences into meaningful STEAM learning opportunities. Participants will explore simple experiments, digital tools, coding, construction challenges, creative activities, nature-based learning and project-based approaches suitable for young children.
Through practical workshops, collaborative activities and reflection, participants will learn how to design age-appropriate, inclusive and engaging STEAM activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, collaboration and discovery.
The course also highlights the importance of connecting STEAM with sustainability, digital literacy, communication and children's everyday experiences, providing educators with practical ideas that can be directly applied in kindergarten classrooms.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

We will make a tour through all the fields forming STEAM education and we will develop several multidisciplinary projects in relation to specific fields.
At the end of the course, participants will have created their own STEAM project based on a curricular subject and using the necessary programming tools and/or game.
