Drama for Self-Expression and Conflict Resolution is a practical five-day course designed to help educators use drama as a tool for developing confidence, communication, emotional awareness, empathy and positive relationships.
Through role-play, improvisation, storytelling, theatre games and real-life scenarios, participants will explore how drama can help students express emotions, understand different perspectives and manage challenging situations constructively.
The course provides practical techniques for creating a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment, while developing students’ creativity, collaboration and conflict-resolution skills.
By the end of the course, participants will have a practical toolkit of drama-based activities that can be immediately applied in their teaching to support self-expression, empathy, communication and peaceful conflict resolution.

We will work predominantly in groups and small teams, encouraging reflection and creativity to increase capacity and action. We will use games, drama and art techniques and analyze exhibitions from each module and group dynamics.
