This English public speaking course for teachers is designed for educators who want to express themselves in English with more fluency, clarity and confidence. Knowing the language is not always enough: speaking spontaneously, presenting in front of an audience or leading a discussion in English can still feel challenging. This course turns that knowledge into confident, natural speech you can use in your classroom, at conferences, in meetings and with international colleagues.
During five days of intensive speaking practice, you will improve your pronunciation and intonation, expand your range of natural expressions and learn how to structure talks that capture and hold attention. Improvisation games, debates, storytelling and video-recorded presentations give you plenty of opportunities to speak, while personalised feedback helps you see exactly how to improve. You will also discover practical techniques to manage nerves, use your voice and body language effectively and answer questions with ease.
By the end of the week, you will have prepared and delivered your own presentation in English, compared your progress from the first day to the last and created a personal plan to keep developing your English fluency and public speaking skills once you are back at your school.
