This burnout prevention course is for anyone who feels the pressure of a demanding job and wants practical ways to manage stress, balance their workload and look after themselves. It is open to teachers, administrative and support staff, coordinators, managers and professionals from any sector. Long hours, constant demands, interruptions and the feeling of never switching off can slowly lead to exhaustion. This affects your health, your motivation and the quality of your work. The good news is that burnout can be prevented, and small changes in daily habits make a real difference.
Over five days, you will learn to recognise the early signs of stress and burnout, understand what causes them, and practise simple techniques to manage stress in the moment and recover energy. You will also look at your workload with fresh eyes: setting priorities, managing time and emails, setting healthy boundaries and learning to say no without guilt. Sessions combine short inputs, practical exercises, relaxation and movement, group sharing and personal reflection, all in a calm and supportive environment. You will also explore how teams and organisations can create a culture that protects everyone's wellbeing.
You will leave with a personal wellbeing plan, a toolkit of stress management techniques you can use every day, and ideas to promote wellbeing in your team or workplace.
