Mindfulness, Resilience and Emotional Wellbeing for Educators

About this course

Busy classrooms, constant demands and little time to pause can take a real toll on energy, focus and motivation. This mindfulness course offers a practical space to slow down, recharge and learn tools that help you stay calm, present and resilient in the middle of everyday school life. Rather than adding another task to your list, it gives you simple practices that fit naturally into the school day.

Over five days, you will explore the foundations of mindfulness and resilience and experience them through guided practices, breathing techniques, mindful movement, reflection and group activities. You will learn how attention, thoughts and emotions interact, how to respond to pressure with more balance and how to build healthy habits that protect your emotional wellbeing over time. You will also discover how to bring short mindfulness activities into your lessons to help students focus, manage emotions and create a calmer classroom atmosphere.

By the end of the week, you will have built your own personal wellbeing routine, designed a set of mindfulness activities for your students and created a plan to keep practising mindfulness and resilience once you are back at school.
